The principle of "one window" in the provision of BTI, provides for the exclusion or minimization of action applicants (individuals, entrepreneurs, legal persons) in the process of delivery and collection in the different instances of various certificates and documents certifying the applicants' right to receive services.
The main objectives of the principle of "one window" is:
Simplify the procedure for granting citizens and legal entities of services, and the compression of time on their provision;
To increase the comfort level in obtaining legal entities and citizens services;
Reduce the number of documents necessary for the applicant to receive services;
Exclude personal contacting job applicants and decision-makers to grant (or refusal to provide) services;
Counteract the development of corruption and the removal of intermediaries in the market that are within the provision of services by third parties on a fee basis;
Standardize and automate the administrative procedures for the provision of services;
Increase satisfaction with high quality of service recipients;
To raise awareness about the conditions, procedures and methods and to obtain services;
To organize the provision of services via the Internet - "Live Reception."
